HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:01 AM EDT on 3/3/13 through 11:59:59 PM EST on 5/31/13, consumers are invited to enter this Sweepstakes one of two ways: 1) MAIL-IN ENTRY: Hand print your name, address, zip code, and daytime phone number on a Sweepstakes entry form found in certain retail outlets or on a 3" x 5" piece of paper; then mail your completed entry to: Senokot® Overnight Relief Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 724, Southport, CT 06890. 2) ONLINE ENTRY: Visit www.SenokotOvernightRelief.com and fill out the Sweepstakes entry page. You will be required to submit your name, address, zip code, daytime telephone number, and email address to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Entries using macro, script, or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Purdue Products L.P. (or "Purdue Products") and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email account. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or any other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Online entry will also provide an opportunity to register you for other offers from the Sponsor. All online entries will be subject to Purdue Products’ Privacy Policy. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random daily drawing starting on or about 3/5/13 from among all eligible entries received the previous day. Multiple potential winners will be drawn each day and will be notified by telephone and/or email, and the winners’ names will be posted on bounce-back emails to each online entrant. If a potential winner cannot be located, or fails to claim a prize (including returning the signed prize claim documents, if required under Rule 3) within seven (7) days after delivery or attempted delivery of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Final drawings will take place on 6/5/13.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $50,230. Sponsor shall solely determine which prize is awarded in each of the drawings. All taxes on prizes and expenses not specifically listed in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Entries will not be carried over from earlier daily drawings. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release, where permitted. If a winner is a minor under applicable state law, a parent or guardian must sign the prize claim documents.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM EDT on 3/3/13 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on 5/31/13. Open only to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) and Puerto Rico, 18 years and older. Employees, directors, and officers of Purdue Products L.P.; each of their respective affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies; and persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible. By submitting an entry and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, biography, voice, video, and/or photograph for advertising in this or similar promotions without compensation unless prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements.
GENERAL: No cash substitution of prizes will be permitted, and a prize is non-refundable and non-transferable except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By entering Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of Spotlight Marketing ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final. Administrator shall be the sole judge of eligibility and interpretation of the Official Rules. The decision of the Administrator is final with regard to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible or late mail, or courier deliveries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with online entries, including technical failures related to computers, telephones, cable; unavailable network or server connections; other failures related to hardware, software, or viruses; or incomplete, late, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the website, or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned, for any reason. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.senokot.com and the prizes will be awarded based on a random drawing that Sponsor will conduct from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By acceptance of a prize, each winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Purdue Products L.P. and each of their parent companies, affiliates, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, enjoyment, use, or misuse of the prizes.
